Admissions Coordinator & Schools Liaison Manager
Salary: £29,799 - £33,557 (points 35-41 on the College scale)
Peterhouse is looking to appoint an Admissions Coordinator & Schools Liaison Manager to support the Admissions Team with all aspects of the College’s outreach, schools liaison and undergraduate admissions processes.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of all work within the Admissions Team. Responsibilities include the line management of two members of staff, ensuring effective delivery of outreach and schools liaison activities, as well as services to support applicants, interview candidates and offer holders up to the point of confirmed entry. The successful candidate will ensure effective coordination with other departments across the College and the University.
The successful candidate will have previous relevant experience, ideally in admissions or schools liaison. Strong management, leadership and excellent, all round communication skills are essential to enable the post holder to deal tactfully, effectively and decisively with enquiries from a wide range of people. They will be expected to demonstrate initiative and have the ability to prioritise workloads in order to meet deadlines.
