Held in Boston, Massachusetts, the Cambridge University Boat Club's student and alumni crews competed this month in this premier event on the global rowing calendar taking place on the iconic Charles River, spanning a 3-mile course known for challenging bends, which demands skilled coxing.

The Cambridge Men's 'A' boat (pictured above) - half of which was made up of Peterhouse students: J. Robson, G. Bourne, G Mahler and L. Ferraro - triumphed over top American Division I programmes Harvard, Dartmouth, Washington, Syracuse, Princeton, Yale, and Brown, as well as Oxford, to secure victory in the Men’s Championship Eights. This marks the first win for a Cambridge men's eight in 20 years.
