The Brewhouse is the winner of, not just one, but two awards at the Greater Cambridge Design and Construction Awards 2022. The GCDC awards celebrate the best in placemaking, design and craft skills locally.

The first award is for the Best conservation, alteration, or extension of an existing building (under £2m construction costs) and the second is a Craftsmanship Award.  Both categories had several, very impressive, highly commended entries and according to the judges the standard and number of entries was very high across all categories. 

The project has also been submitted for an SPAB Sustainability Award, the results of which will be announced later this year.
