Accommodation and Housekeeping Manager

Peterhouse wishes to appoint an Accommodation and Housekeeping Manager to lead and manage these services in the College.   This is an important operational management role which involves a very high level of interaction with Fellows, students and College staff.  The successful candidate will be a highly effective manager with an approachable, collaborative style who is seeking constantly to review and improve the way services are delivered.  Strong management skills, a including a track record of successfully leading teams, possibly in a commercial environment, good problem-solving skills and a desire to deliver excellent customer service are all essential attributes.  The person appointed will be flexible, diplomatic and calm with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  The role will also involve overall responsibility for the accommodation database and associated reporting and so good IT and administrative skills are also required.
