We were once again able to invite Boaties, past and present, to watch the final day of the May Bumps from the beautiful gardens of a friend of the College. Petreans gathered to cheer on the Peterhouse crews while enjoying strawberries and Champagne on the banks of the Cam.

To add to the excitement, this year our M1 crew included 3 members of the victorious CUBC crew, who triumphed at The Boat Race back in April. James Cracknell, Sam Hookway and Natan Wegrzycki-Szymczyk helped the rest of M1 reach a historic top 5 place on the river.

The same venue has very kindly been offered to the College next year. Invitations for this event will be sent out in Lent term.
