Concerts and Recitals
Our series of Lunchtime recitals continue to take place this Term on alternate Mondays, starting on Monday 22 January. Our next recital will take place on Monday 19 February starting at the earlier start time of 13:15 in the Lubbock Room, when Thomas Flint and John Falk will perform music by Kreisler:

Our Lent Term Concert will take place on Friday 2 March at 7.30pm in the Peterhouse Theatre, featuring performances by winners of this term's Camerata Musica/Peterhouse Music Awards who will be joined by the brilliant virtuoso Vassilis Varvaresos.

The brilliant virtuoso pianist Vassilis Varvaresos is the special guest of Peterhouse Music Society for their Term Concert in the stunning Peterhouse Theatre, which also features Peterhouse Music Society Award winners Aranka Hrušková and Alex Camolly.
At just 14 years old, Vassilis Varvaresos won First Prize in the coveted YCA International Auditions in 1998, and has since gone on to perform internationally in such halls as Zurich's Tonhalle, Vienna's Musikverein and Amsterdam's Concertgebouw. He represented Greece at the 2008 Olympics, and, following his debut at Carnegie’s Zankel Hall, he was invited to perform for President Barack Obama at the White House. The 2017-18 season has seen the launch of his new album with APARTE records.
