St. Peter’s Terrace - Fresher Accommodation
St. Peter’s Terrace is a row of 7 grade 2 listed Georgian houses built in around 1850. These houses are made up of around 90 offices, rooms/sets for College Fellows, basement flats, and undergraduate rooms; they house around 70 freshers each year. Termly rents cover all 6 rent bands and each house has a number of gyps (kitchens) and bathrooms for residents to share; a few rooms have basins in them. Located to the south of the College site, they are accessible from Trumpington Street, or through the College Deer Park. They are close to other fresher accommodation in the William Stone Building.
