When I needed funding for field work over the summer I was able to talk to the Senior Tutor and the College was really helpful.

Welfare

Whatever support you may need during your time at Peterhouse, a dedicated welfare team is here to help. Peterhouse has a Welfare Officer, Nurse, Mental Health Advisor and College Counsellor who are available to students during term time.

In addition to the Welfare Team, the Peterhouse Porters, student representatives and your fellow students will also be part of your support structure if life's challenges sometimes seem a little overwhelming at points during your time here.

Students are also welcome in the Chapel: it provides a place of prayer, enquiry, creativity and community for people from all sorts of spiritual backgrounds and traditions.

As well as the support which you receive through the College, there are a number of University services that provide more specialist support.

Individual Attention and Advice

Each postgraduate is allocated a personal Tutor who is responsible for their pastoral care and will usually be the same Fellow for all of your time at Peterhouse. You are welcome to discuss personal, financial or academic issues with your Tutor.
