Dining privileges and guest rooms
Petreans are reminded that they are entitled to dine as College guests on three ordinary nights in the calendar year, at the B.A.'s table until they proceed to the Degree of M.A. or to any higher degree, and at the High Table after so proceeding, as long as at least one Fellow is also dining that night. As for all members of High Table, there will be a modest charge for wine.
Please tell the Catering Department (telephone 01223 338206, email email@example.com) of your intention to dine at least 24 hours in advance. Should no Fellow be dining, please contact the Development Office (telephone 01223 765187) as it may be possible to make other arrangements. Unfortunately, space does not normally permit you to bring in a guest. However, if you would like to do so, please contact the Development Office as it may be possible for Dr Murk Jansen to bring them in as her guest.
As you may know, the College has a small number of guest rooms available to Petreans at a modest charge. Guest rooms are available for Petreans only, although you may be accompanied by a guest as long as they are over the age of 18. Rooms are available on a first come first served basis, for a maximum of three nights in a row. Unfortunately we are unable to accommodate children under 18 and pets. Please contact the Development Office in the first instance who will be happy to assist in making the arrangements (telephone 01223 765187: firstname.lastname@example.org).
