Cosin Court is named after John Cosin a Master of the College in the 17th Century. Built in the 1970s, there is a mixture of accommodation overlooking a central garden. Laundry facilities are available in the court. This accommodation houses around 5 Fellows as well as about 50 graduates. The space offers 6 2-bedroom flats, 13 1-bedroom flats, 2 studios, and 9 flat shares (4 for 4 people and 5 for 3 people). Rents fall into bands 5-7 for a shared flat or bands 9-14 for self-contained flats. Some of these flats have undergone extensive refurbishment recently.
The peace and quiet of the garden at Cosin Court surprised me when I first came to Cambridge, given how close it is to the centre of town
