Dr Ali Mashayek

Dr Mashayek is a Physics Fellow at Peterhouse and an associate professor of climate sciences in the Department of Earth Sciences at the University of Cambridge. Previously, he held positions at Imperial College London, University of Oxford, Scripps Institution of Oceanography, and MIT. He received my PhD in Physics from the University of Toronto in 2013. His group’s research involves physics and biochemistry of the climate system, with particular focus on climate change and the global heat and carbon budgets.
