St Peter's Terrace
St. Peter’s Terrace is a row of seven grade 2 listed Georgian houses built in around 1850. Most freshers are accommodated here and there are also some graduate flats and fellows’ rooms/sets. The houses have rooms in all 12 rent bands, with gyp rooms (kitchens) and bathrooms on most floors and shared between the 3-4 rooms. Located to the south of the College site, the terrace is accessible from Trumpington Street, or through the College Deer Park.
