Telephone Campaign 2024
Meet our team of callers for January's Telephone Campaign!
This year's Campaign will take place between 4 and 14 January 2024.
Alex Cernigliaro-Briscoe
Alex is an Irish-Italian MPhil student at Peterhouse, studying Politics and International Studies. He is very interested in nineteenth- and twentieth-century history and political thought. He is delighted to be involved in helping contribute to the College, and cannot wait to hear from Peterhouse alumni regarding their time at Cambridge!
Izzy Driscoll
Izzy is a first-year History student who has found her first term very exciting and different, but has loved getting to know Peterhouse and Cambridge as a whole. She enjoys travelling, theatre and netball.
Shanti Giovannett-Singh
Shanti is a first year PhD student at Peterhouse. Her research focuses on Early Modern European poetics. Before coming to Cambridge, she completed an MSt in English 1550-1700 at Keble, Oxford and a BA in English at UCL. In between her studies she has worked at the Fitzwilliam Museum in Cambridge, and for the British Council in the south of France.
Rudi Konrath
Rudi is in his third year and studies Engineering. He lives in Lincoln and enjoys football, reading and running.
Jack Lynch
Jack is a final year PhD student within the Department of Engineering working on reducing energy and emissions within the built environment for climate change mitigation. Originally from Northern Ireland, he has found Peterhouse a delightful place to have spent his past three years due to the very social MCR community and, more generally, the welcoming and generous spirit of the College. Having a squash court and a few active golfers on site are yet more reasons why he has such a soft spot for Peterhouse. Jack did the telephone donation drive last year, an experience he thoroughly enjoyed due to the conversations, anecdotes, and advice from Petreans – therefore he’s very much looking forward to the calls in the New Year!
Toyosi Oni
Toyosi is a post-graduate member of Peterhouse. She is currently studying for her MBA at Judge Business School, University of Cambridge as a Forte Fellow. Prior to this, she worked in finance with roles in equity research and venture capitalism. In her free time, she enjoys visiting art galleries and museums.
Emily Richmond
Emily is a first-year student at Peterhouse, reading the English Literature tripos. In her free time she likes to row and go rock climbing.
Natalie Scott
Natalie is a third year Undergraduate reading History at Peterhouse. She greatly enjoys taking part in College life: Natalie sang for Chapel Choir last year, plays for the college football and netball teams, and is Artistic Director for the Peterhouse May Ball this year. She is hoping to take an MPhil in Chinese Studies next year, and is keen to explore career options beyond this
Alannah Smyth
Alannah is in her second year, reading the Law Tripos.
Mikael Steede
Mikael is a 5th year medical student and returning telephone campaigner. In his spare time he works as the Events officer for the Cambridge Radiology Society, and the junior treasurer for Cambridge University Urology Society. He enjoys the music concerts hosted at college by the Music Society and the various musicians that come to play at the Master's Lodge (the William Smyth concerts).
Isadora Watson
Isadora is a first-year student studying MML.
