Visiting the College is the best way to find out about Peterhouse - you can talk to the Admissions Team, teaching staff and, perhaps most importantly, current undergraduates. You can also see some of the facilities and resources available to our students.

If you are interested in applying to Peterhouse, we would be delighted to meet you. The best time to visit is on an Open Day, as more of our facilities (such as student bedrooms and the Library) will be open. If you're unable to visit us on an Open Day, we are open to prospective applicants throughout the year. If the College is closed to the public, please speak to the Porters and advise them that you are a prospective applicant. They will be able to point out areas of interest within College for you to visit.

The Admissions Team are also happy to respond to specific queries if you can't find what you're looking for on our Applications FAQs page.

My favourite moments when giving tours often come when I make mistakes - like trying to open the wrong door, or not knowing the answer - and I can see the students thinking 'I could do better than that!'. It's that moment when you take Cambridge off the pedestal, and see it as a real place, with real people, and so also a realistic possibility.
